What Charlotte Homeowners Say About Masters Roofing

Your roof is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make, and choosing the right roofing company comes down to trust. That’s why we let our customers do the talking. Masters Roofing has earned hundreds of five-star reviews across Google, HomeAdvisor, and Angi from homeowners throughout Charlotte, Wilmington, and the surrounding areas. From full roof replacements to emergency storm damage repairs, our clients consistently highlight the same things — clear communication, professional crews, fair pricing, and results that hold up long after the job is done. We don’t chase reviews or offer discounts for ratings. Every review you see here was left by a real homeowner who experienced the Masters Roofing difference firsthand.

Whether it’s a homeowner in Charlotte dealing with storm damage or a Wilmington property owner upgrading to a FORTIFIED roof, the feedback stays consistent — Masters Roofing shows up on time, communicates throughout the entire process, and leaves the property cleaner than they found it. Our project managers keep you informed at every stage so there are never surprises on your final invoice or timeline. That level of transparency is something homeowners notice and something they talk about in their reviews.

We’ve completed over 3,500 projects across North Carolina and maintained a consistent five-star average because we treat every roof like it’s our own. Our team handles everything from the initial free evaluation to the final walkthrough, and we don’t consider a job finished until you’re completely satisfied with the result. That commitment to doing things right is why homeowners keep recommending us to their neighbors, friends, and family — and why our reviews speak for themselves.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had some wind damage tear off a section of aluminum fascia wrap along our roofline over the weekend. Connor Jackson and the team at Masters Roofing took care of it immediately. Connor gave an honest, upfront quote and actually had a crew out the very same day to custom bend and install the new wrap. The repair looks seamless, matches the existing trim perfectly, and the communication was effortless from start to finish. Highly recommend Connor and Masters Roofing if you need fast, reliable, quality work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Connor and Masters Roofing handled all insurance aspect of it and I didn’t have to lift a finger. With insurance it took awhile but Connor and adjuster kept me up to date on claim. Once it was approved, it moved quickly and they got it installed in one day. Connor was always very quick to reply to my texts. Workers did a great job and cleaned up everything.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Masters Roofing came quickly to see about fixing two roof leaks and Connor Jackson did a super job walking the steep roof and documenting the reasons for the leaks and that the roof had pretty much outlived it's 24 years. The crew came as promised, was respectful of property and my questions, finished and totally cleaned up in 12 hours. The owner and Connor came to check to see that the job was done right and that we were satisfied.. We are! Documentation with before and after pictures was such an informative way to convey the work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Masters Roofing deserves five stars and more. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof or the experience from start to finish. They responded quickly to every call and message, which already made us feel taken care of. Jeff, the owner, was wonderful to work with — friendly, detailed, and incredibly patient with all our questions. The price was fair, the crew was professional, and they completed the entire job in one day. They protected everything around the house and cleaned up so well afterward that it looked like nothing had ever happened. Even our neighbor stopped by to say how impressed they were. If you’re looking for a roofing company that truly delivers on quality and service, Masters Roofing is the one.
