Connor Jackson and the team at Masters Roofing took care of it immediately. Connor gave an honest, upfront quote and actually had a crew out the very same day to custom bend and install the new wrap. The repair looks seamless, matches the existing trim perfectly, and the communication was effortless from start to finish.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Connor and Masters Roofing handled all insurance aspect of it and I didn’t have to lift a finger. With insurance it took awhile but Connor and adjuster kept me up to date on claim. Once it was approved, it moved quickly and they got it installed in one day. Masters Roofing came quickly to see about fixing two roof leaks and Connor Jackson did a super job walking the steep roof and documenting the reasons for the leaks and that the roof had pretty much outlived it's 24 years. The crew came as promised, was respectful of property and my questions, finished and totally cleaned up in 12 hours. The owner and Connor came to check to see that the job was done right and that we were satisfied.. We are!
