The best thing about this company specifically was the project manager that I met with, Connor, I met with all the 4.8-5.0 rated roofers in the area and he was the only one I met with that both felt authentic (and made me feel at ease not like I was being coerced or being given a sales pitch, I didn’t feel obligated or uncomfortable as with ALL the others) and was truthful from step one about how the industry works how insurance works even likelihood of what insurance charges and how pricing differs from paying out of pocket vs through insurance. Connor blew me away. The team that did the roof did a great job and we got a better warranty than the builder grade we were given, and when nails were left accidentally and a tire popped Connor immediately took care of the payment for that with the van. He communicated every step of the way and there were no surprises. They even have financing if that’s needed. Honestly you’ll get a good roof and a good job from any of the top rated companies in the area - but if you want the added bonus of authenticity and don’t want to feel like you’re being coerced by a salesman- go with masters roofing. Our insurance adjuster even knew Connor and was so so helpful with everything because this company and Connor have a great reputation with being truthful and easy to work with with insurance adjusters and you know how that can be tough to find! I've hired this company twice for a full replacement and for remediation work on another home and I will not look for another roofing company if I have to call. Personally, there are not enoough good things for me to say. The prices may not be the lowest you can find, but I believe that you will get what you pay for. Master's Roofing takes multiple photos of the job before, in-progress and after. They do this without you havinf to ask for it. This is very important when work like this is being done because most folks don't routinely climb on their rooftops to check things out. The invoices are also itemized.
