Just got my roof done by Masters and they were great. From the sales rep Conner Jackson to the finished product it was professionally done. Conner was very responsive ,good communicator ,and helped me with the financials. The job was completed on time, cleanup was great and the price was very fair. Working with Masters Roofing was a very positive experience. They understood our need for documentation of their jobs completed, workers' comp insurance, licenses, reviews, product quality and warranty plus the many things you want to know as a home owner when you take on a roofing project of this size.  They communicated consistently and always replied to our questions ( and we had many).   We were NEVER left out there wondering what was happening or what the next step might be.   Their on site work crew worked as a team with no lost motion and completed the job on time.  We are very happy with the outcome and have received positive comments from our neighbors. I'm late in getting this review in but I cannot say enough good things about the guys over at Master's Roofing! For several months they worked with us in trying to get our insurance to cover the damage and they stood by us every step of the way.  It literally took from early November until February for the insurance to take responsibility and in that time, we had tons of rain. Andrew came over several times to put up a huge tarp to help with the leaks and kept checking in with us to make sure that we were ok. When we finally got the insurance issues settled, they got us scheduled super quickly and did a fantastic job replacing the roof. The work was done quickly, efficiently and cleanly. I had MULTIPLE appointments setup for a roof leak initially, by anyone and everyone I saw roof advertisements for. The issue was the availability I needed….you know….roof leaking. I came across Masters Roofing who said the had availability asap so I scheduled. Connor came out and did his thing! He was extremely professional and even went out of his way to be at my house the next day. I know this is a lengthy review, but I promise (for whatever a random review you happen to be reading can help) I will recommend Masters roofing to anyone and everyone looking for roofing related assistance. By the way, I cancelled all of the other appointments I scheduled. THERE WAS NO REASON TO SHOP FOR PRICE, BECAUSE THERE WAS ABSOLUTE VALUE!

Masters Roofing was a pleasure to work with on replacing our 20 year old roof.   They were working on our neighbors home and we decided to get a free inspection.  The project manager, Connor Jackson, did not high pressure us to agree to anything.   He was very professional and answered all of our concerns   After inspection we found we had hail damage and we decided to replace roof.  The workers did a great job and finished all of the work including cleaning up in a day.   Very professional!  The best was getting  50+Photos of the finds while work was in progress.
