I have worked with many roofing companies through the years but I chose Masters Roofing replace an aged roof for a house we are about put on the market. Their staff was great to work with. Michael Torres was always available to answer questions, offer advice, and help put our minds at ease in the process. The quote I received was a pleasant surprise. With the exact same materials and manufacturer, Masters’ estimate was less than other companies who came to look at the house and provide an estimate. I didn’t feel like I was getting gouged the way some contractors have made customers feel. Masters Roofing and Michael did what they said they’d do, when they said they’d do it, for the price they said they’d do it. Michael followed up often, let us know statuses as they were updated. The day of installation was easy for me as the homeowner. Their crew showed up even before the promised time and finished the job in one day. Two of our neighbors have had a roof put on their homes in the last couple of years and each of those cost more and took two days to install. My neighbors were wowed by it only taking one day. Another neighbor reached out to get Michael’s contact info so they could get a quote as well. All because it was the right thing to do and in exchange he was appropriately upfront that he only wanted a shot at the business when the time came. I have not had any problems with the roof tune-up including the roof pipe boots that were replaced. With recent thunderstorms, the new 6" gutters are able to handle the flow of water. My salesperson Michael Torres was great to work with.
